Starting from a personal experience and field research, the contribution reflects on museum accessibility from the perspective of neurodiversity. The sixty visits carried out with Fateci Posto APS in Roman museums allowed the experimentation of practices based on relationships, flexibility of time, and attention to the sensory context. Accessibility thus emerges not as a set of adaptations aimed at 'special' audiences, but as a rethinking of the educational and relational practices of the museum. A perspective that invites cultural institutions to allow themselves to be transformed by the people who pass through them.
